Feasibility Study and Business Plan
for A Maritime Discovery Centre

The City of Brockville retained EPG to assist with planning a new ‘anchor’ attraction for this city on the St. Lawrence River, building on a proposal for an environmental interpretive and youth education facility as part of a broader commercial and residential development on the waterfront. As part of a feasibility assessment, we recommended enhancements in the scope of programming to broaden attendance potential as well as additional measures to generate supplemental revenues. Detailed planning for the development of this attraction is now underway.
