This municipality retained EPG to develop an overall approach to marketing the destination and a strategic framework for the municipality, various tourism organizations and other industry stakeholders to work together in implementation. Since completing the strategic framework, we have assisted the municipality with implementation, developing a coherent basis for assessing various proposals and providing counsel on specific actions.
