Halifax Citadel Regimental Association

EPG has worked for this not-for-profit association that operates the military interpretation program and other services at the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site on several occasions. Our most recent project involved governance review, business planning, and strategic planning and we are now assisting with the implementation of the recommendations.
