EPG was retained to develop a concept plan and feasibility study for this proposed new naval interpretive facility on the Halifax waterfront. The study led to the project’s adoption in a developer’s proposal as part of a mixed development, including a redevelopment of the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic incorporating the naval heritage component.
