Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador in association with the Province and ACOA, retained EPG to undertake this major initiative which addressed opportunities and needs for all components of the tourism product and a strengthened approach to tourism product development in the province. This was a major initiative that has led to a number of innovations in the government’s support of the industry.
